One of the things I love about the blogging community is how helpful bloggers are to other bloggers. In the nearly two years I’ve been active in social media I’ve received support and guidance from my peers that has been invaluable to my blogging journey. So when I have a chance to pay it forward I try to do my part.
A few months ago, I had the honor of meeting and being interviewed by Shonell Bacon, a doctoral candidate at Texas Tech University who is studying the blogging practices of African-American mom bloggers.
Shonell is inviting readers of African-American mom blogs to participate in her study by taking a special reader survey. By understanding more about our readers, Shonell hopes your survey responses give her greater insight into the blogging practices of African-American mom bloggers. One thing to note, you don’t have to be African-American to respond to the survey.
The online survey consists of 23 questions. It will take no longer than 30 minutes to complete. Shonell promises your responses will be completely confidential and your name and e-mail address will not be used or sold in any way.
If you are interested in participating, please click the following link that will take you to the survey at SurveyMonkey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/mommyblogreaders.
Once you arrive at the link, you will read a short introduction before clicking “Next” to begin the survey. If you have any questions about her study, you can contact Shonell directly at shon.bacon@ttu.edu.
Thanks for your support!
